    The job description is to advocate for consumers, but you are treated as an uncommissioned insurance salesperson. The company absorbs the commissions and does not give a fair value to the facilitators of enrollments.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Asked to do a sales job without commissions.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    At this point, a complete overhaul of the managerial team and bringing in experienced managers seems to be the only solution. There is no clear managerial training in place.
