Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The job description is to advocate for consumers, but you are treated as an uncommissioned insurance salesperson. The company absorbs the commissions and does not give a fair value to the facilitators of enrollments.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?At this point, a complete overhaul of the managerial team and bringing in experienced managers seems to be the only solution. There is no clear managerial training in place.
