What do you like best about the leadership team?
New team, finally has a vision and working to transform the company to realize it.
New executive leadership team. Most of the VPs were hired in the last year. Great outlook for the future.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Common sense and how business works
Common sense, listening, stop the immaturity, drama and toxicity throughout the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
HSA included with 3/4 of deductible allowance contributed each year
Paid extremely fairly. Great benefits.

Love the company mission, and believe we can achieve it.

Clients are lied too. Consistently over promise and under deliver. Understaffed for amount of work and contracts needing to be met
