I enjoy working for this great company with great ethics
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect employees - they micromanage and treat everyone like mushrooms. Keep 'em in the dark and feed them you know what.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's standard really and I'm proud of what I've earned over the yers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HealthTap pays notoriously low for all its roles with the promise of stock options that the CEO will not deliver
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is driven and believes in the team. Asking for help is never looked down on. We are committed to learning and growth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Co-workers are great - very positive attitude which is amazing in this environment
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
