Doing there job to persevere the foundation of its company goal to promote better business practices and improve productivity while reaching profitability.. to not discriminate against any one under law and to act professional within the company supposed standards.All do respect youneed restructurin

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

A full restructuring of new products to offer morale compassion and hope within the community it inspires. "Remember the maine" I highly doubt you reading this understands but the owner should. What makes you most happy at work?

Believe it or not.. doing my job professionally and the best that I can. Unfortunately the digital age will render most jobs obsolete. I have ideas that could and will save a good portion of the people that honestly deserve to keep there titles even if they don't deserve to maintain their position.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Well honestly in my belief I paid my dues and I would never wish the hardship if endured on the people who violated my rights and my contract more importantly my equity and pursuit of happiness which from my opinion it's not there fault entirely .
