What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Better training. Better retention policy. New leadership.

A full restructuring of new products to offer morale compassion and hope within the community it inspires. "Remember the maine" I highly doubt you reading this understands but the owner should. I offer a trade in lue of speaking directly with a member of the hearst family. My ideas are worththe time

Allowing for mental health PTO, shorter or more flexible hours, removing unnecessary KPIs that employees are constantly told they're not measuring up to, decreasing the workload or at least changing expectations to scale. Creating a customer-centric environment where revenue isn't the only metric.

Have more faith in employees

Place greater trust in people in the field.
