Nothing is really going wrong but better interaction among team members could improve.

I feel I am being paid comparably to other companies for the same position.

For the most part everyone works well together but there are some old-schoolers that refuse to change with the times.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it would be very beneficial to meet outside of work once in awhile to get to know each other better and build the team.
