What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, dedicated, professionals who feel a great deal of ownership in the work and care about their colleagues. Heinemann is a magnet for creative types who lead interesting lives outside of work and bring a sense of play and joy into the workplace.

Some leadership and integity would help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are engaged, feel a sense of clarity of purpose and ownership in the work. Heinemann is a very collegial workplace.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to talk to a wide range of people who really took their time with me. It felt like a genuine dialogue between parties looking to see if we had a good fit.
