What is the best part about your compensation package?

fair salary and really good health benefits and free lunch 2x per week

Make less than big companies but got good equity stock

I think bigger companies like Snap may pay better

There used to be a better split of pay but lately the splits have seemed less for the same amount or sometimes more work

More pay every day in the company

When I do a job with HelloTech, and there are 2 parts, I deserve to be paid that part. And not to lose my entire wage. If something goes wrong, I've just wasted my 2-3 hours and an hour of traveling for nothing!!!

If you want us to travel for an hour back and forth, pay us mileage, and plus the job. Maybe not $.579, which is the national average, like what the government pays, but even if they paid out 25 cents per mile, then I'd be a lot happier, and open up my status to where to drive longer.

Will send techs on long distance trips for low value jobs and not include any additional jobs in that area and sometimes NO JOBS at all for weeks. i.e that means you don't get paid!

Get paid next to nothing for doing the real field work and the leadership act like they are doing us techs a huge favor. These guys are worse than Trump!
