being a contractor for several years 2nd year in steady amount of work . now im do 1 to maybe 3 jobs a month. i was doing 2-3 jobs a day that went away
Customer service is unresponsive.. i can't get a refund for work that was not completed correctly. I am very unhappy that Xfinity sent me to HelloTech. I couldn't wait for a Tier 2 tech to complete the work since I was told they were very busy. I went with another company and I'm glad I did.
Communication and everyone should know where to look for the answer not let me ask myanager for over an hour

Yes to background check for everyone and all of the thousands of techs but not to drug testing with the exception of one partner

Very flexible. I am able to make arrangements pretty much whenever I need to. They are very open and understanding about short-notice events I may need to deal with.
How's the feedback proccess at HelloTech?
Pretty good There are regular all hands meeting usually lead but the CEO. He starts every meeting stating any question at all can be asked and that soon they will have a way to submit your questions in advance anonymously which would be good
