They let the workers do the work.
They let you work when you want too
They have the necessary tools ans pwiple to assist you with getting the job done right.
Open to new ideas from the field
This team consists of some of the most respectful, collaborative, and genuinely kind people I have ever worked with. I am so proud of our efforts and successes as a team, and very grateful to be working for HelloTech. From top to bottom, the people at this company are unbeatable.
Communication, employee experiences followups, app issues, investigations of incidents,
Communication and support to teams and members
communication with every employee in the company
Going back to what they were when HelloTech first started. When there was a problem you could call them. Nope, not anymore. They don't talk to you, and tell you to write [email protected] I used to like it when there was a problem, and I could call and speak with someone, not anymor
HelloTech has major problems with their internal systems for measuring success and distributing jobs to techs.

fair salary and really good health benefits and free lunch 2x per week
Make less than big companies but got good equity stock
I think bigger companies like Snap may pay better
I wonder if I should go to a much larger company for more cash but less equity upside
Would like more stock options and new grants every year
Better pay and support from managers and leaders
There used to be a better split of pay but lately the splits have seemed less for the same amount or sometimes more work
More pay every day in the company
When I do a job with HelloTech, and there are 2 parts, I deserve to be paid that part. And not to lose my entire wage. If something goes wrong, I've just wasted my 2-3 hours and an hour of traveling for nothing!!!
If you want us to travel for an hour back and forth, pay us mileage, and plus the job. Maybe not $.579, which is the national average, like what the government pays, but even if they paid out 25 cents per mile, then I'd be a lot happier, and open up my status to where to drive longer.

Hard workers. Doing a lot for very little paying
Really open, available, and flexible to some needs
well rounded everyone rallies around the same goals
Everyone believes in the mission and that the opportunity is large and that makes work exciting
amazing amount of progress with a team less than 40
I never have known of the 1st meeting
My team is great but all of us are together on the view that the management needs to be more human like and less about filling their pockets

Diversity of the techs and teams
Something new everyday. New challenges.
That I'm not working directly with them.
again open door policy for exec team and monthly all hands with full details of the company operations and performance
everyone can contribute ideas even if its in a group they are not in and all ideas are considered
Leadership and management needs to consider that us techs are doing the real work

Practically everything was done remotely
I got to interview with all the team leads and I really appreciated how involved everyone was throughout the the interview process.
I just sent in a video, and talked about myself, and took a test, and that was it. They accepted me and hired me as a contractor.

transparent info about the company
Communicate with your contractors. Open the phone lines again. I used to really like working for HelloTech; now, it's more like "gee, I wonder if I will get paid?" Maybe I just won't take that job. Maybe I should just delete my app.
Being able to complete my jobs.
Happy that I'm making an impact not only on our clients but also on my colleagues.
Knowing that after my job, I just made an additional $60,75, or more than $100 for my time. That's how it should be.
