This team consists of some of the most respectful, collaborative, and genuinely kind people I have ever worked with. I am so proud of our efforts and successes as a team, and very grateful to be working for HelloTech. From top to bottom, the people at this company are unbeatable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
fair salary and really good health benefits and free lunch 2x per week
Make less than big companies but got good equity stock
I think bigger companies like Snap may pay better
I wonder if I should go to a much larger company for more cash but less equity upside
Would like more stock options and new grants every year
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard workers. Doing a lot for very little paying
Really open, available, and flexible to some needs
well rounded everyone rallies around the same goals
Everyone believes in the mission and that the opportunity is large and that makes work exciting

Diversity of the techs and teams

What did you like most about the interview process?
Practically everything was done remotely
I got to interview with all the team leads and I really appreciated how involved everyone was throughout the the interview process.
I just sent in a video, and talked about myself, and took a test, and that was it. They accepted me and hired me as a contractor.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to complete my jobs.
Happy that I'm making an impact not only on our clients but also on my colleagues.
Knowing that after my job, I just made an additional $60,75, or more than $100 for my time. That's how it should be.
