normal benefits you would expect in a good benefits package. I liked the PPO health plan quite a bit. one negative is that there are no bonus opportunities.

most people I talked to had a positive impression of Peter. the biggest thing they need to improve is come up with a strategy to address technical debt and do significant investment in that space
