What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is super approachable and eager to listen to any and all feedback. They sincerely care about doing great things as a team. The team is comprised of people you respect and want to spend time with.

Fair pay and amount of vacation days (including a way to volunteer on a yearly basis).

What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are great. It's by far what makes coming to work an environment you look forward to everyday. My co-workers are smart, passionate, and driven. They are eager to help each other and treat each other with respect - resulting in a very accepting place where you can push your own limits.

What makes you most happy at work?
Diverse set of projects amongst the largest name brands out there. I can live in Detroit and not worry about only working with Automotive clients - as great as they are ;) Great projects keep me learning and growing. I can identify a place the company can improve and I'm enabled to do just that.
