How does Help/Systems measure success and growth in the Design department?
Quarterly goals and frequent meetings to discuss how things are going.
There’s a quarterly goal system in place.
What's the work from home policy like at Help/Systems?
Unfair. Some people can, some people can’t. There are some remote only employees, you’d think working remotely would not be that big of a deal. It makes no sense since we work in distributed teams.
Unfair. Some people get to, others don’t. Those at the headquarter office don’t seem to have the flexibility. For a tech company, with teams all over the world, they should really address this.
How helpful was your Design team when you were first hired at Help/Systems?
A more organized onboarding process is needed. You’re kind of thrown into the mix with not a lot of feedback.
Does Help/Systems drug test or do a background check?
I think they did a background before I stared.
What's the internship program like at Help/Systems?
It’s well organized and the interns seem to like it. Often they are hired permanently.
How innovative is Help/Systems?
It’s getting better. It would be nice to have more cloud solutions.

Good leadership, they are very transparent and approachable. You can actually take vacation, which is nice,
