Once Hendy took over all respect for staff went out the window. they dont show interest in or invest in anything other than Ford or JLR. pay Ambassadors and themselves massive money to drive cars and close dealerships to pay for it. All about you.........not likely! All about them!
If you want to be overworked and under paid this is the company for you. Since being taken over by Hendy middle management are spineless and don't back staff just follow company policy. CEO is completely out of touch and the "its all about you"slogan actually relates to them not the staff.
Low pay , too much narcissism from senior management , middle managers either incompetent or regard workers as a necessary expense. No real training or support.
Disappointing to be promised so much but nothing forthcoming. The companys rhetoric comes nowhere near realty. the aftersales director seems to take delight in putting his staff down ,to ingratiate himself with the rest of the board.
No progression , no cost of living rises , staff contracts changed without consent , middle managers discriminating and incompetent.
