What did you like most about the interview process? They didn't ask the usual or predictable questions and put some thought into it.
What did you like most about the interview process? They didn't force me through a gauntlet of a lot of interviews. One phone, two in person. Questions were good.
What makes you most happy at work?Knowing the legacy of the company is such a good feeling. At least history is positive.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Stop using company values as verbal scoldings unless everyone has to abide by the same values. Rules for thee but not for meee is not a good way to run things
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Hire better people. Learn to interview. So much time is wasted on cultural brainwashing for people who are just there for a paycheck, instead of hiring quality people who work with good intentions and care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Why are simple things made so difficult? No one seems to listen to or want to hear great ideas anymore.
