The total package. This year HG increased the benefits portion of compensation to be incomparable to any similar company.

Health insurance, by far. Having my health insurance covered by my company brought a wave of relief from stress that I didn't even realize I had, so this one takes the cake. And the equity compensation package is a nice bonus on top!

Health insurance is competitive. Time-off is flexible, and work from home is supported.

Base pay plus commission is a nice structure.

A lot of benefits (wellness, insurance, etc) and great 401k matching.
