The total package. This year HG increased the benefits portion of compensation to be incomparable to any similar company.
Health insurance, by far. Having my health insurance covered by my company brought a wave of relief from stress that I didn't even realize I had, so this one takes the cake. And the equity compensation package is a nice bonus on top!

more money the better of course, kind of felt like i was shorted during negotiations considering the area.
