The company I worked for outsourced our department the original employer had compassion for its employees treated people with respect

NO OPEN DOOR POLICY lack of communication unless you are a man too director has no time for staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They hired a chef with no experience in leadership at a much higher rate than me and we have the same title but he knows nothing about healthcare and very little about retail management plus he only work 30 hours a week
