Expect too much for the time alotted for the job. Employees are left to skip basic cleaning needs to finish the job on time. Cleaniliness is not as important as timeliness is leaving patients at risk. Even some management agrees with this. The tine is compromised every day as they add more @day!!

Need new management that are trained not just the right color and still too young to get it!!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all really hardworkers even with the lack of management backing. I owned my own cleaning business for 20 years and do not need someone to instruct me on my every move. Managers need to know HOW to interact with the employees not micromanage them. I should not fo home in tears daily!!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No matter what you do it is never enough for them. Just when you think you could do the impossible they add more to your job. I try to take care of my patients rooms who are there and get stopped right in the middle to do something else leaving the patient with a dirty room. My boss is unrealstic!
