What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There really was nothing too positive about HHS. Possibly the monthly in service where the director might splurge and buy chips and off brand soda.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Toxic management on every level. This company is the definition of a good old boys company. I was shunned for a couple weeks for taking a 4 day vacation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was shown around and got to speak with someone currently in the role I applied for. I could hear there conference afterwards, and it was a little awkward.
