The leadership of this company are just a bunch of good old boys, many with no moral compass, dressed up in sport jackets. A complete joke of a company. They are content with 75% turnover, to they find this acceptable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because of the turnover and staff shortages which is constant, you become just another body on that shift.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hardest working staff I ever had the pleasure of working with. I am talking abou my staff, the hourly staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't think they care enough about their middle management to ever move forward The assistant directors, good ones and I was one of the better, quickly see through the BS.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The culture needs to be just. Your Directors are mostly well paid toilet cleaners. That being said, they are additional hands and place themselves in the areas that need help. That would impress their staff but the hospital.
