Honest, humble and fair. Impressed with Stew's thoughtfulness and leadership.

Honesty and transparency go a long way. We may not always like what is disseminated but at least it's communicated.
I don't have much of an opinion on the leadership team, but I love that my manager is super supportive and advocates for me.
They are very open to talking and working with regular staff. They don't sit in ivory towers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package goes well beyond just salary. Our benefits are top-notch and ancillary benefits have drastically improved over my time here.
I like my dental insurance.

Amazing time off, ability to work from home, and medical coverage
I'm paid at my market rate and new benefits are being added periodically.
Unlimited PTO is amazing ! Also the fact we can work from wherever we want in the US and the UK is surperb.

Very good diversity as far as the games industry goes. My team has a lot of positivity and focuses on high impact work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The ability to fail safe. Stew on down encourages and welcome trying new ideas. If the idea fall flat, its ok - it'll be noted as an idea that didn't work and on to the next.

I spoke to several people but not too many, and they were very open about the challenges facing their teams / the company and what needs to be improved.
Everyone was super nice and respectful and it was a very positive vibe with passionate people, who seemed to love their work. They were open about what they wanted and they listen to what I had to say.
