What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? After the manager was hired, after i personally set the store up and spoke to corporate Keri felt it was her rihht to treat me as incompetent and gaslight me on more than one occassion. Even when the health dept arrived I spoke to them until she showed up and then i was made to feel I incompetent.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I think that they need to work on more teamwork based things and that they need to work on work place toxicity.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? The no phone/earbud policy, there are some people who need them to focus. even to have one can help focus on the task. i got in trouble having having my phone out when i was trying to connect my earbuds to phone and i know it should been before hand and i wasn't given a chance to explain.
