Being able to have autonomy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The headspace and aptive memberships for self-care, and the continuing ed reimbursement benefit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The aim at fostering self care and having inclusive conversations, however I do wish some of these happened by licensed providers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best is that there seems to be transparency and authenticity. (I wish some of the previous questions had a "maybe" option)
