Supporting Families and receiving their feedback. Seeing the changes in their lives because of what we offer to them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didnt like the score scale at the end of the year evaluation. I don't think it reflects the work that we are doing. Regarding compensation, I feel that an average of 3.5% rise, considering inflation of 7%, makes me feel bad.
