open to new ideas, inclusive

What makes you most happy at work?

getting into my "flow" in family calls, hearing their appreciation

What are some of the best things about your team?

openness, we have each others back, though we are all at capacity so its not sustainable

What do you like best about the leadership team?

would love more clarity on what "executive team" means vs "leadership" and who those people are... also would be nice to have a "maybe/in between response" For the guide team, the ADs seem aprochable but we rarely have contact with them and they are in a v diff time zone than the intl team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

on the intl team we are ICs and not employees and do not get many of the benefits employees get. I feel pay wages are not out in the open and everyone on my team is being paid different amounts... plus the fact we are in higher tax brackets as ICs than those gettings W2s though being paid the same
