Their visibility to all employees and ICs at our All Hands meetings. Their passion for what we do. Their accountability and willingness to put their hands up if something could have gone better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are supportive of each other, they are passionate about the work they do, they have such integrity and strive every day to give our members a service that excels. I trust them, respect them and like them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As an IC I do not get paid time off, however I am not compensated to reflect this. In previous roles as an independent contractor, I was paid significantly more than employees to reflect the fact that I did not get PTO or benefits. I am paid the same rate as my counter-parts who get PTO and benefits
