I love Cleo as a company, my colleagues and manager are fantastic. I think that overall they take on feedback and foster openness and this is a huge strength of the company. The company needs to be more adaptable to the countries guides reside in (in terms of working, conditions, policies).

Seeing families happy, and learning from colleagues. Being able to work from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued but it could be better. I think some physical benefits- like health, physio, bodywork would be practical especially the impact of being sedentary & self-employed. Pay could be increased esp. for independent contractor guides (esp. with huge childcare costs+living costs).
