What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are open to listening and change

What are some of the best things about your team?

they are professional, caring and extremely skilled and talented

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It fosters a positive environment; openness; and inclusivity for the most part.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing families happy, and learning from colleagues. Being able to work from home.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued but it could be better. I think some physical benefits- like health, physio, bodywork would be practical especially the impact of being sedentary & self-employed. Pay could be increased esp. for independent contractor guides (esp. with huge childcare costs+living costs).
