It's wonderful! I really enjoy the atmosphere. I wish that communication were a little clearer sometimes and that workflows maybe didn't change so often. But it's also nice to know that the company is trying to make workflows better and more efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how supportive and inclusive the leadership team is.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusivity of all backgrounds, cultures, etc. No one ever has to be worried about not being accepted for who they are!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my familys and watching them grow. In my private practice, I see families for such a short time, but with Cleo, I get to be around for all of their milestones and even new family members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's fairly rare in my experience to have a large team of people that mostly identify as female and are all nice and supportive to each other! I love that we collaborate and help each other and there's no jealousy or cattiness.
