When I'm able to do support families that are within my scope of expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate the work that is being done on for neurodiverse families. Everyone on my team is passionate about what they do and it's infectious.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way our team collaborates and supports one another is unparalleled. I know I can go to my team for help with members, a virtual hug, and a laugh. Best!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the bonus time off in the summer and end of year. We have also had some great trainings on trauma informed care and inclusive support which have been wonderful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even though there is a need for more specialists sessions across all 3 products, only 2 of the products have made them available which has limited my availability to be compensated as a specialist in my field. Additionally, full time and senior guides are not offered paid holidays, only 2 floating.
