What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and mostly involved my direct supervisor.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding that we care more about raises than having management pretend to care about us

Not having meetings that could just as easily be emails, but that's a thing everywhere.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management is out of touch; they need to get better at taking suggestions and consider bigger pay raises.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't have to talk to anyone most of the time, and can get my work done in peace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises are presented so as to minimize employees' chances of negotiating for more pay, which isn't surprising, but is still bad for morale
