Meeting different people with the company and finding out what their area handles.
The pay is good but salary employees are not compensated for the hundreds of hours worked outside the 40 hours.
Start on time, be respectful, leave your personal life at the door, have an agenda, notes, clear follow ups if needed prior to the meeting so everyone is prepared.
Listening to front line and paying attention to their needs and comments. Don't waste so much time with useless meetings that do not start on time or are not productive.
A lot of changes in management, no clear news of when people are gone. Management needs to be honest and give clear direction. Meetings with employees are to happen often but this is not followed up on.
