The leadership team is very open with communications, setting clear goals and letting us know where we stand.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We're paid very well, and with living in Florida the compensation seems even higher (no state income tax and great house prices).

Everyone here is an A+ player, so you know that you're working with really smart people and with teams that are high functioning.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a collaborative environment. People help each other to be successful. Plus we have a ton of really fun company activities weekly.
