The people. Knowing you're working with really smart, genuine, fun people makes the work day enjoyable.
What is the best part about your compensation package at Highwinds?
We're paid very well, and with living in Florida the compensation seems even higher (no state income tax and great house prices).
What do you like best about the leadership team at Highwinds?
The leadership team is very open with communications, setting clear goals and letting us know where we stand.
