Executive Bio

Mr. Stan R. Soroka has been the Chief Customer Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. (HGV) since January 2015 and serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Soroka is responsible for all of resort operations and the HGV Club program, as well as brand standards for HGV's resorts and the overall HGV organization. He serves as Senior Vice President Hilton Grand Vacations Resort and Brand Services at Hilton Parent. A second generation hotelier, he has more than 34 years of experience successfully operating renowned hotels and resorts. He served as an Area Vice President of Florida & Hilton Grand Vacation Resort Operations at Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. since May 12, 2010. He was responsible for leadership of hotel operations for several Hilton, Doubletree, Embassy Suites, Waldorf Astoria properties throughout the State of Florida as well as the Conrad Miami. His responsibilities also included oversight of timeshare resort operation functions for HGV's developed properties in Las Vegas, New York, Orlando and South Beach, Miami. He began his hospitality career with Hyatt in the stewarding department, quickly moving up the food and beverage ranks before transitioning to front office operations and management. He spent seven years with Adam's Mark Hotels and Resorts including three years as senior vice president where he was responsible for strategic planning, quality standards, sales efforts and company budgets. He also served at H.B.E. Hotels and Resorts. After roles at Vail Resorts Management and Oakbrook Hotels, he served as Managing Director of El Conquistador Resort and Las Casitas Village in Puerto Rico since 2005. Mr. Soroka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Houston.
