What makes you most happy at work?
It's the variety. We have the right sized company, where there's enough structure to support you and enough flexibility to keep things interesting with new challenges every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we are fully remote, the leadership is invested in keeping a water-cooler type mentality. We find fun ways to stay engaged not only within our department, but with what's going on around the entire company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The "Paid paid vacation" is a good way of entencivisng people to take more PTO days. Additionally, the "Even Merrier Christmas", where we take the week between December 25th to January 1st off as an organization is great.
