I am very happy to be here. I am challenged at work in wonderful ways. I think there can be unrealistic expectations at times, but overall the culture is wonderful and I am truly excited to come to work every single day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While I am truly enjoying the work that I do, the scope of my responsibilities far exceeds what was communicated to me during the hiring process. I'm being compensated for a role that was set at a much narrower-scope than what I am actually doing. I would have negotiated a different title and pay.
