Good base salary, uncapped commission and market share are all too good to select what is best about my compensation package.

Despite being a large company, the leadership (even company founders) take an interest in each and every employee. Maxwell and it's founders not only claim to have a good company culture, but actually live out the company values.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Maxwell ROCKS, which mean we work with rigor. We take ownership. We endorse curiosity. We are kind to one another. And we are straight up. The company culture supports the growth of the company and it's employees in a positive and honest way.
