I really like the stock options, giving ownership to the team and providing motivation to build something users love.

Solving problems and interacting with my team. My team is awesome and solving problems together is a lot of fun.

They are approachable and lead by example, living and modeling our company culture. Our company culture really builds the foundation of how we work, and how we continue to enjoy working even when things get challenging.

Everyone is approachable and nice. I never feel stupid asking a question, and everyone is so helpful and kind in helping when I need it. And everyone is always super positive and invested in conversations that aim to improve how we work and what we deliver.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Kindness and ownership. Everyone is so kind, it makes every interaction a pleasure. No matter what it is, asking a question, answering a question, providing feedback, everyone is just effortlessly kind about. And the ability for everyone to take ownership and be supported by everyone else.
