What makes you most happy at work?I appreciate the autonomy most.
What makes you most happy at work?Collaborating with team members to figure out and resolve problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Transparency across the different business units
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? While I am truly enjoying the work that I do, the scope of my responsibilities far exceeds what was communicated to me during the hiring process. I'm being compensated for a role that was set at a much narrower-scope than what I am actually doing. I would have negotiated a different title and pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? No one actually values my opinion or the opinion of anyone else on the staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership team needs to focus on running the business and not constantly talk about raising money. Maybe if the leadership team actually understood the industry more they wouldn't need more money all the time.
