Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worst pay package compare to other companies
Many other W@H places are paying $16 or more. The CSR in America is only getting paid $13.
They dont process your salary concerns Unpaid ots, no bonus as what they promised on the contract.

They should have a fair set of exceed qualification especially most of us are working dual (they can prioritize setting exceed qualification on the employees' main job if it is offliner or calls.) Most of us are doing all around and setting these are most of the time exhausting and confusing
There are basically no incentives
