I am working tediously for the past almost 3 years in the company and in the later we are working 2 hours overtime with only 30 mins break every 3 hours. The most unacceptable and unfortunate with my entire carewr is that despite working long hours. They did not gave my salary and no updates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They are kind and accomodating
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We are all working from home. Therefore we cannot forsee what would the work culture might be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We interact according to what things should be done in able for us to work in a decisive and complete manner. They are all professional
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a previous exceeder. I am happy when I hit the target. However, due to changing working conditions. It is not that achievable anymore.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should gave checked with us how is our well being despite working long hours. HGS was not giving us enough incentives just because we are working at home . All employees are diligent at what they do but they did not recognizing it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should have a fair set of exceed qualification especially most of us are working dual (they can prioritize setting exceed qualification on the employees' main job if it is offliner or calls.) Most of us are doing all around and setting these are most of the time exhausting and confusing
