Flexible work location and schedule. Colleagues can award (financially) other colleagues for work well done. Compensation for WellPerks (gym membership, massages, equipment) and FlexPerks (500 to spend however you'd like). Daily yoga and meditation sessions, etc. Lots of support for employees.
Bonus structure was fair. Salary was average. Need to give credit for new deals as these are few and far between.
Annual increases to keep pace with the inflation or the GPD.
Clarity and fainess. Having a roadmap for the future.
I don't feel I am undervalued in the Global Support Center. (GSC) Though I do feel I/We (GSC) are undervalued and very underpaid. Very good people have left the company only because of pay.

It is under market value. Hitachi Vantara needs to keep up with the market for software pay in the areas where they have locations.
