waxes and wanes depending upon numerous factors such as: stressor's revolving around constant transition, many dept heads taking on several depts at once, leadership/management styles, lack of team communication opportunities-including feedback/input/meetings/presenting new ideas etc; expectations/purpose/appreciation not evident so many employees are overworked and feel underappreciated so the Morale is quite low.
