What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was done remotely. I was able to talk to the Processing Manager, Underwriting Manager and Director of Mortgage. All of them were very professional and warm.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team does a regular town hall meeting to all employees. It aims to show how the company is doing, what are the plans in the future and where we at currently in attaining this goals.
