From an industry standard, I feel that I'm being compensated very well for my role/years of experience.

I got face time with the CEO and the process moved quickly (contact to hire was less than a week).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Talent team focuses on recruiting great people who are, for the most part, positive in nature. So I'd say the people and relationships are the most positive thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have our own unique roles that contribute to meeting different needs. It makes for a very interesting and collaborative team environment. The camaraderie is great and I feel that just grows with every day at work and with every team event. My extended team is also always willing to help.
