It's pretty good compensation. People don't come to HomeLight for the base pay, though. They come here for the product, the culture, and the growth ops
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really believe in our product and the ability to impact the company while personally evolving. People work hard, but also enjoy it and have a life outside of work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Aside from generally being fun to work with, they are highly professionally and academically accomplished. In tandem with the opportunities for dialogue and feedback, leadership is probably my favorite part about working at HomeLight
