I do have an opportunity to be a top earner, and can achieve above the OTE if I put in the work.

They are all committed to helping each other be the best at their role. We all push each other, and offer advice on how to be better. We truly value the idea of teamwork!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with a lot of people, and I really enjoyed that part. I think it is important to meet all the different types of leaders, and to quickly identify how unique they all are.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They truly listen to you, and when they cannot fix or fulfil a problem, they still show compassion, and understanding, and help you work through an alternative solution. I am empowered by my leaders in this company, and I continue to professionally grow day after day!
