Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
it's been great, not fantastic, but great. started roughly the first year but I was able to pivot to another role and have done well since then. They've handled the covid situation very well and i'm happy we are still afloat as a result of their actions. pay could be better but the job is manageable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
pay is not competitive and I've been promised increases and incentives that have yet to be initiated.

The continuing commitment to help everyone grow and approach the workday with a positive attitude and celebrate hardwork.
What makes you most happy at work?
the pace, the workload, the simplicity of logging in and getting started without a ton of paperwork or micro mgmt
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Ease of access with companies that are on the cutting edge of technology to make booking appointments and seeing package information simple and without stress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Supportive, hard working, and a joy to interact with. Smiling faces since the day i started, everyone's mood and attitude towards the workday is always positive and it shows with our continuing success.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we're promised product updates that routinely get pushed or curbed for new ventures and pilot products so things get dragged for months or simply vanish. Given the role I currently have, the struggles i've endured throughout, and the multiple hats i've worn to this day, 20% pay increase at a minimum
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There ongoing commitment to helping each and every single one of us grow and develop our skills to succeed in every way we can. They are very personable and approachable with any question, big or small, to help get the answer you need. They make work fun! Can't imagine being anywhere else!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
we work fine together but given the current environemnt of things, a remote only option should be introduced and not frowned upon by leadership. in office culture is great and we all want to return to normal but honestly i'm thriving working remote and I feel almost pressured to get back into office
