Everything from the interview to now has been a great experience. Sure there are times when you're under a deadline or requirements keep changing, but at the end of the day, we are all striving to meet the same goal. And when I need to take a break it's easy to ask.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been great working for the company. While we do have fluctuations throughout the year that maybe a big deadline makes it a little rough overall I love working for HomeLight.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Overall great benefits, great affordable health benefits and great PTO.

They are always there to listen. They take any ideas or suggestions and are very easy to talk to.

The leadership team is super open and accepting of questions and also values our feedback. They are very approachable and handle any issues brought up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a good compensation package overall. PTO is very easy to use and coverage is good. We also have nice additional benefits like fitness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The whole company knows when it's work time and when it's playtime and also makes sure that there are plenty of occasions for playtime and keeping the feeling of comradery.

There is a time for work and there is a time for play. One of our company values is "Work Hard, Ski Hard" which the company holds itself to rather well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the environment. I don't dread going to work because I know I am surrounded by people I enjoy working with and I believe in the product we are making.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I really like how comfortable the process was. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly and easy to talk to. The process was very personable which kept the anxiety levels very low.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along great and is fun to work with. When it's time to focus we all are good at focusing and working hard to get the job done, but when it's time to relax we all have fun together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has many different people from an assortment of walks of life. Everyone I work with is great to talk with whether its work or personal related. Everyone is easy to talk to and just fun to be around. Any group events (team or company) everyone has a blast.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have a wide range of tasks on my plate and have great people to work with. If I need help I have plenty of people I can reach out too. I also don't have to worry much about boredom since I have a wide range of tasks at hand and can always ask for a change of pace if needed.
